perhaps hold me a little while longer..
guess i didn't try hard enough,
or.. you just didn't want to stay.
at times i read so much into those small things you do.
words, actions, nuances.
i read, so much into those little things,
though we are not meant to be..
i cant help wishing, what if?
so, im here again, asking one more time

and .......do you believe in the term.."meant to be?"...jus curious.
made me about people in forced realtionships(like arranged marriages)...scores of people who' arent meant to be together, but are.
people who discover love/things in common, after they're together.
so does the "meant to be" part matter???
Inspired and I just jotted this one now:
Don’t Let Go!
On a weathered tree,
A last leaf keeps dangling,
Knowing well, fall is soon to arrive,
Yet, clinging tight to the tree
To hopes, tighter.
Oh! Tree, hold me firm,

@ sreicanth: lol.. experince.. maybe. but the funny thing is that this poem is a combo of 2 poems whihc i edited and thought went together..
and about 'meant to be' yea sure i think some couples are meant to be. they are so in love, in sync/tune wit each other. i am def not talking about arranged marriages!!
@ jyoey: no idea why it shows zero comments!! ;) and the i like the image of the leaf.. i am picturing an autumn leaf setting as i was reading it..
