analyze this.

sometimes I over think and over analyze simple statements. i was never really a person like this. i used to take things at face value, and try as much as possible not to read things that may or may not have been there. but over the past few years i have changed. for the better or for worse i don't really know. sometimes i can be very objective about my personality/character traits, and sometimes very subjective.

i have moved on from the petty thing i could be (and probably was) in college. at least for the most part. become more indifferent. less indifferent when it concerns certain things/people. super sensitive at times. more emotional. scared. understanding. confused. selfish.

i want all my friends to be with you. considering each is migrating to another new country. i want to be happy. more importantly peace of mind.

each night is spent in analyzing different things. and end with some depressing thought. but the morning is inevitably a new day where i am upbeat (craving kapi) but overall ok.

think maybe yoga would help??

Obviously changing as a person is inevitable & somehow I have always felt that as one grows one becomes more emotionally fragile. So I guess, it is upto you to analyze this or that.
About the Peace of mind thing, that is the only true happiness. Fun is good every weekend, but one should really chase is inner satisfaction & peace of mind.
Cheers & Remember - Too much analysis leads to paralysis(learnt from personal experience)
(PS:Got here through Schmetterling's blog.Sorta bored at work)

I think analysing and fretting over things is one of those inevitable signs of growing up, especially for a woman. We need it, we survive coz of it, we complain about it but cnt do without it. But the key word being 'over'. If we can stop with just analyzing it would be ok, but otherwise maybe not so much. maybe the trick is to realize what things are a worth of time thinking about too much and what we can actually do something about and does make a difference to our lives..
I dunno about Yoga. But cleaning, color coordinating my cupboard, cooking and chasing nemo and memoll helps me for sure.
